How to play Memory Match
Choose a difficulty, then click cards to flip them over. Each card has a hidden emoji and one identical partner somewhere on the board. Click two cards — if they match, they stay revealed. If not, they flip back over after 0.8 seconds. Your goal is to find all pairs in as few moves as possible.
The timer starts when the game begins and stops when you match the last pair. Your moves and time are shown at the top. Try to beat your own record on repeat plays.
Tips for a better score
- →Scan before clicking — glance at the whole board after each flip so you build a mental map of revealed cards.
- →Work systematically — flip cards row by row rather than randomly to cover the board evenly.
- →Remember near-misses — when two different emojis appear, remember both positions for future turns.
- →Aim for perfect — if your move count equals the number of pairs, you've matched every card on the first try.
